Harry Brackman

President Harry Brockman is a great man. He is a fifty-three-year-old man, about 6”2 and balding. He has blue eyes and long arms, which has become the basis of his entire presidency. He is extending the long arms of the law and of kindness to improve all of America. He is a Democrat, and a very devoted man who loves to do everything he can to help all of America. He is nearing the end of his second term, with literally daily petitions to allow him to remain in office for another term. He has done so much for the country, and has a 97% approval rating. He has lowered poverty and unemployment to less than 1%, and halved all of America’s debt. He has befriended all but the most violent of countries, and nearly has achieved world peace, with the only exception being African tribes and warlords. He is a devoted Christen, and has turned America back towards god. With all of these great things, you’d think he was always loved, but you would be very wrong.
Just 8 years before, Harry was a very successful congressman with the democrats, but was hated by all republicans. Even with this, he wanted more. He was forced to pass bills that he thought would do some good, but didn’t see the whole picture. Nothing that came through his office truly pleased him. He knew change was needed, and soon. After 2 terms of being a senator, he declared his intent to run for president. He had a roaring approval with literally every democrat, but almost no republicans. In fact, he had heavy disapproval from republicans. Every time he would pick up the phone, check his email, or read his mail, he had death threat after death threat. After about 2 months of this, he was a little nervous. However, instead of going into hiding, he went to action. He told all of America that he had 2 goals: lower poverty (which was his angle from the start), and now he was determined to bring justice to all. He had speeches in front of police stations, National Guard buildings, and at Coast Guard ports. He gained massive approval in high crime areas, such as L.A. and Ney York City. However, as expected, he nearly doubled the amount of death threats aimed at him. He eventually began to use these as rallying calls to all of America. Surveys showed that he was nearly definitely going to win, with the voting being in his favor 82% to 21%, with the other 1% going to independent parties.
On Election Day, Harry was anxious but confident. His gut said he would win, but he stressed regardless. After the election, the votes were counted, and the answer was amazing. Every state in America except Florida, California, and Hawaii voted in his favor. He won the election in the biggest presidential landslide in history, in both electoral and popular votes. After being sworn in, he began action within 3 days. He wrote a bill, completely by himself, and had it before congress within a month. This bill called for radical tax changes, target heavily at extremely rich people. Those who had over 100 million would literally be taxed 750,000 per year on average, with the amount going increasingly up as their riches rose. Many fled the country, only to be affected by similar policies made by other countries. This one bill funded the governments of the world enough to lower the global poverty rating 72%. He was the most successful man in history, and received a Nobel Peace Prize, along with over 21 other major awards and recognition in the first year of his first presidential term.
